Our entertainment, Ryan Argast makes his Lake James Sandbar debut! Ryan is a vocalist, songwriter, and frontman of the band Marina City. Argast and Marina City have been crowned Band of the Year by Ernie Ball, Cumulus Media and more! Argast’s signature raw vocal tone was met with multiple standing ovations from judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie beating out nearly 100,000 contestants on American Idol. In 2024 he was on the first ever Team Dan + Shay on The Voice even having the opportunity to sing with his coaches. He has also appeared on WGN news, ABC news, Daytime Chicago, MTV & featured on Marquee Network and ESPN singing the National Anthem for the Chicago Cubs & Chicago Bulls.
